FINAL INVOICE TICK

The final invoice tick can be ticked at the delivery note or job invoice stage.

When a final invoice tick is ticked it means you are completing the job and are no longer putting anything more against the job, when job is invoiced it will close the job.

Example 1 

Tick is ticked at delivery note stage

Final invoice tick will be carried to the job invoice

Example 2 

One bypasses the delivery note and goes straight to job invoice

Once final invoice is tick and the invoice is processed then it will create the invoice and close
