Final Job Invoice

The Final Invoice can be finalised at the delivery note or Job Invoice stage when you add a tick on the finalise or close job - tick box.

 Example 1:

When you add a tick at the delivery note stage, the selection will be carried to the job invoice.

Example 2:

If the user by passes the delivery note and goes straight to Job invoice

Once final invoice tick is added and the invoice processed, it will create an invoice and close the Job.
