GRV to Job Help

This shows the GRV’s that have been allocated to certain jobs and the jobs have been selected when preparing the GRV on creditor’s module.

 Basic Search Tab allows the user to search by supplier, job number or the date for a quick search.

 GRV Tab shows the GRV’s details according to the selection made when searching

Selected GRV Lines Tab shows GRV’ lines for a selected GRV

When clicking on, the job number screen appears and allows the user to change the job by searching for a specific and clicking on select button at the bottom. The Job number can

, this clears the job from the GRV when clicking the button with three dots.

 this is used to select cost to company for a GRV line 

Standard Tab has the following buttons

Process – Processes the currently selected item.

            View – View the currently selected item and its information.

            Remove – Removes the currently selected item.

Extras Tab has the following buttons

Save button – to save job lines

Select CTC button – the cost incurred by the company

Print Tab has the following buttons

Print button – Prints the currently selected item according to the information either you or someone prior to you has entered.

            Print Picking Slip button – shows the GRV to Job picking slip
