Copy a line from one job to another

 

 

Clear Line History

Delete lines managed on a job line.

This will delete the lines only if the line item equals zero and all managed lines are unmanaged

 

 

Delete job line

Deletes the job line if line does not have any managed items against it.

Allows one to delete both job line and linked lines if all managed lines are unmanaged and managed equals zero.

 

Will not delete previously managed stock lines.

 

 

Change Line Type

Change the line type from CTC to SC

Change the line type from SC to CTC

Change the line type from quote to CTC

 

 

CTC to SC

This button changes any line from CTC to SC

This will NOT update the sell price of the items that you are converting

The default sell price will be zero as it was converted from a CTC type item

Go into Job history lines and select the line that you want to update the sell price to

Edit line item with the sell price in two places.

1.Approved lines - click on (2) Job detail and change sell price

2.Job History line - click on Edit line cost and change sell price there

Complete

Mark a single or multiple items as "Is Complete"

Or un mark a single or multiple items

Is complete items do not allow them to be further managed

They do not show up on Webatar app as an item that can be managed
