Search and then click on Add to create a Job.

Inserting the line of the job, we will use one line in this example to create the quote. In some cases you can create a detailed line quote which the customer will see.
One will notice that we have put an estimated cost on this quote, this helps us to match actuals against estimates.
You will also notice that the Zero Cost on Invoice and Zero Cost on Job is ticked.
This means that when the quote is promoted to a job, it will zero the cost.
Costs are then accumulated via actuals.

You will notice the bottom of the window the selling price, costs and profit that will be made on the job.

You can now email the quote off to the client or print out
