Manage Job Line Edit and reassign

Allow for editing of the cost price of the managed line

Allow for the reassignment of the job line to a another line

Allow for changing of the employee on the managed line

You cannot edit if

1.Line is locked

2.Item is marked in for invoice or delivery note

You cannot change cost or quantity if item is a stock category or fixed asset

On reassign to Parent for SELL price

Item will assume the SELL price of the new parent

1.Assume the SELL price of the item if it is a SC or quote line

2.If the line that we are going TO is a CTC item, remove the sell on the line
