Quote - Exclude from Reports

This flag will help when we need to run reports for quote value and need to exclude these values (basically showing them as zero)

This will work with the prepriced tick box. 

 Here are the rules:

If the quote is created from the job where the job has the prepriced tick on, put the exclude from reports tick on

If the quote is a .1 created from a job and the person ticks the prepriced because it was not on, tick the exclude from reports as well

If the quote is a new quote and the person ticks the prepriced, don't do anything regarding the tick for exclude from reports.
