Manage Job Process

 Go to Activity > Manage Job

Click Search to find the Job you wish to Manage

Highlight the required JOB and click Manage Job

 

When you open up the job, the grid will automaticall refresh

If not click on All Job Lines in tree view

The Job (item) lines will appear in the body of the job

 

 

Highlight the line you wish to manage

Click the Manage Job Button or double click on the line

Enter the quantity of the item you wish to manage (Use on the Job)

Click Save & Close

 

 

Take note of the actual quantity, Exceeded Quantity, Budget Qty

Budget Quantity – This is the quantity of the item as per your quote.

Est Quantity – This is the quoted quantity (estimated on the Job)

Actual -  This is the actual quantity on the item used on the job

Balance –This the any remaining or exceeded quantity for the job

Do the same for all lines that you wish to manage.

 

 

 

Once all lines are managed, click on print reports tab > Print job card

Select your criteria and click search,

Click Print

The Job Card will be printed to screen. You can then email, Print, etc.
