 Preparation

This is when a quote has being created - Job Costing > Activity > Job New Quote Search

All

This looks at all status levels of quotes, not advisable to search on this status.

Scope Creep Quote

This is when you have created a quote from a Job using the Scope Creep Quote function, this means that the quote is in preparation and must go through all the stages.

Requesting Internal Approval

This is when the quote has being moved from Preparation to Job Quote internal Approval.

- Job Costing > Activity > Job Internal Quote Approval

 Internal Approval

This is when the job

 Job Customer Quote Approval

This is when the quote has being approval from Preparation or Internal approval to Customer Approval Status. - Job Costing > Activity > Job Customer Quote Approval 

Customer Approved

This is when the quote has being approved from Preparation or Internal approval or Customer Approval Status to an active job. Quotes are now moved to the Manage Job section.

This can also be termed as your order book.

- Job Costing > Activity > Manage Job

Internal Rejection

This is when a quote has being rejected from the Internal Approval Status.

Customer Rejection

This is when a quote has being rejected from the Customer Approval Status

 Cancelled

This is when a quote has being cancelled from any of the quote stages
