Gantt Chart

View the gantt chart from the job schedule window.

The date from will always be from today looking forward.

The systems default view for task activities are not started and started tasks.

The zoom function allows one to view the calendar from a higher level or down to a detail level .

The best views are at zoom level 9 and 10 .

The task activities within the job views are sorted by their sequenced number.

You can change the task activities Descriptions by double clicking on the description name.

The gantt chart allows you two move the bar lines to different dates and extend the bar line for a different in date.

Right click on the bar line to show more functionality for example edit the task activity and open the manage job .

When you put your mouse to the bottom left of the bar line, one can scroll to change the percentage complete of that task .
