Job Percentage complete

The Job percentage complete is worked out based on the total budget quantity to total actual quantity completed.

 This will be indicated in blue, however it does not always update the actual percentage complete.

The user will have to manually update.

 This can be updated by clicking on the arrow button or drop down to update.

 The tick box on means that when the job is saved it will automatically update the percentage in the drop down.

If the tick is off, it means that the percentage update in the drop down will not be automatically updated.  It is done by the user.

There is a bulk update percentage to all jobs via one button

This will update all jobs with the tick on.

If the tick is off, it will not update the jobs
