JOB Costing - Re-Open and Refresh

This manual explains some changes made to the system to check when a Job has been reopened.

When you search for Jobs the grid will show if a job has been reopened

1. The colour of the line will change to Green

2. A column called Reopened will show that the Job has been reopened with date and time.

Lock Lines

Please note that when jobs are closed all the lines on the job whether managed or not will be locked down when the job is reopened.

You can only add new lines and cannot change any lines that are locked.

Job Reopened indicators

When opening up a reopened job you will notice that we indicate that the job was reopened on the top left corner.

We also show what lines were locked down after reopen.

Refresh grids

You can now refresh the job tabs without closing and reopening the job, you can now just click on the All Job Lines Level tree view which will then refresh all the tabs on the job including the lines of the job.
