Cashbook Branch Lines

The cashbooks have been enhanced to include the branch per line.

The line will automatically takes the branch at the header, but the user can change this branch.

If you have an old cashbook that has not logged the branch, then one needs to update the lines.

Error occurs when trying to process an old cashbook

Reset the cashbook out of the post status screen

Update all lines with the new branch.
