Setting the Output mode from the Scan app
For scanned data to be successfully entered into a selected input field without the onscreen keyboard needing to be shown the Output Mode setting needs to be changed to "Keyboard Mode" in the Scan App:
Open the Scan app
Tap Settings
Scroll down and tap Output Mode
Select Keyboard Mode

To toggle the onscreen keyboard in Webatar
For the panels or screens listed below, with the exception of the Pick Sales Order screen, there should be a keyboard icon in the title bar as shown in the first screenshot. When the keyboard icon is tapped the input fields used for scanning in the screen will either be prevented from automatically showing the onscreen keyboard when focused, or allowed to show it. The active state is reflected by the tick or cross icon next to the keyboard icon.
Currently, for the Pick Sales screen this option is presented as a toggle in the options menu, accessible by tapping on the vertical dots icon in the title bar, as shown in the second screenshot.
