Reopening a Job

This manual explainsoutlines somerecent system changes madedesigned to the system to checkidentify when a Jobjob has been reopened.

When searching for jobs, thereopened gridjobs will indicatebe ifclearly aindicated jobin hasthe been reopened:grid:

    • The row will be highlighted in green.green
    • A Reopened column will display the date and time the job was reopened.reopened

 

 

Lock Lines

PleaseWhen notea thatjob whenis jobs are closedclosed, all theassociated lines on the job lines—whether managed or notnot—are willlocked.

Job Reopened indicatorsIndicators

When opening up a reopened job, the system clearly highlights this status for visibility.

  • A Reopened indicator is displayed in the top left corner of the job youscreen

This ensures users can easily recognise that the job washas been reopened onand theunderstand top left corner.

Refresh gridsGrids

You can now refresh the job tabs without closingneeding to close and reopeningreopen the job,job.

Simply click on the All Job Lines Level tree view, whichand the system will thenautomatically refresh all thejob tabs on the jobtabs, including the linesline ofitems.
