Quote - Exclude from Reports

This flag will assist when running reports on quote values, allowing us to exclude certain quotes (effectively treating them as zero).

This will work in conjunction with the Prepriced tick box.

Rules:

  1. Quote created from a job (Prepriced already ticked):

    • If a quote is created from a job where the Prepriced tick is already selected, then the “Exclude from Reports” tick should automatically be applied.

  2. Quote (.1) created from a job (Prepriced added later):

    • If a quote is created from a job and the user selects the Prepriced tick (when it was not previously selected), then the “Exclude from Reports” tick should also be applied.

  3. New standalone quote:

    • If a new quote is created (not from a job) and the user selects Prepriced,Prepriced, no action is required — do not apply the “Exclude from Reports” tick.
