Sales Leads - Reminder Create

MakeThis section of the Edit Lead screen controls key date fields smaller

and

•Swapreminder Followfunctionality upfor datemanaging follow-ups and estimatedexpected close dateclosure.

Field Layout & Display
  • The date fields are reduced in size to improve screen layout and usability.
  • The Follow upUp dateDate is positioned below the Estimated Close Date (swapped from the original layout).
  • The Follow Up Date field creamis backhighlighted ground

    •Putwith a cream background, making it easily identifiable as a priority action item.

Reminder Buttons
  • A Reminder button is available next to bothboth: fields

    • Estimated Close Date
    • Follow Up Date
  • These buttons allow users to manually create or view reminders linked to each date.
Follow Up Reminder Tick Box

•NextA tick box is located next to the Follow upUp date,Date addfield, incontrolling tickautomatic boxreminder creation.

Behaviour:

  • a.When adding a new salesSales lead,Lead

    • The tick box is on

      selected (on) by default.

  • b.When editing aan salesexisting lead,Sales Lead

    • The tick box is off

      unselected (off) by default.

  • c.When yousaving savethe lead (Save or saveSave and& closeClose)

    and
    • If the tick box is on, you will createselected, a reminder is automatically

      d.Ifcreated youbased changeon the Follow Up Date.

  • If the Follow Up Date is changed

    • The user must re-select (tick) the box to confirm a new reminder date,should thenbe putcreated.

  • When saving again with the tick box back onselected

    e.When

      saving
    • A again, it will create anew reminder basedis oncreated newusing date

      the

      updated Follow Up Date.
