Report on Reopened Jobs that are still open.

Report on Reopened Jobs that are still open.
All reopened Jobs option allows the user to view all the jobs reopened if selected and the date
options disappear.
Sort the report by selecting any option from the drop down arrow.
Suppress Multiple Jobs Entries option include the jobs that were opened several if unselected.
Generate button – to run the report
Close button – to close the form
