Itage analysis shows how many times the average inventory quantity is used in a given period

Date From / Date To

Choose the date range for which you want to view the report

Select the date from on the menu drop down selection
Warehouse

If you select all warehouses the report will fetch data from all warehouse

If you want to search by a specific report, select the masterreport on the warehouse selection

Stock Code From

Select a stock item you wish to search from

If you leave the stock item fields blank, all stock items will be displayed on the report

If you choose specific stock items, the report will sort information by stock item code rather than description

Group Type

Select group type on the drop down arrow

FIFO optionList

Put a tick on if you wish for inventorya agereport analysisto show the First In First out summary
FIFO DetailedPut a tick on if you wish for a report to show First In First Out details

Date To

Select end date for this report

Stock Selection

Choose a stock selection between quantity and value

Stock Code From / To

 toSelect selecta stock item where it should stop running

Sort By

Select a sort criteria on the stockdrop codedown frommenu which the inventory analysis will run from, select stock code to in order to limit the inventory age analysis reportselection
Group Typeto select the group type from the drop down arrow
Sort Byto sort the report either by stock code or stock description by selecting one from the drop down arrow
Group Selection

Show Inactive Items

 thisPut optiona willtick on to show inactive inventory age analysis when selected items
Decimal Places

It is advisable to set decimals to two places

You can view the report with any number of decimal places
Generate Button

Click the "Generate" button to open the report

You will have options to copy, email, or print the report

To view the report in an Excel document, copy the report and paste it into an Excel file
