Balances by period for year Financial Year 

Report that allows the user to check the performance and balance of the subaccounts 
Select account from which the report will run from and the account to
Year – select the year for running the report 
Display Type – to select the type of display form the drop down arrow
Generate button – to run the report 
Close button – to close the form
