Job Statuses

 Jobs come in various statuses.

 Not-Started           - Job is unmanaged and not started

Started           - Job has managed lines or has been started

Completed          - Job is completed and closed

                    - A final invoice produces a completed job

Closed                    - Job can be marked as closed

                    - Job can be closed for several reasons, no longer in use

                    - Company closed down that the job was contracted to.  Stock and labour lost and not recovered.

                    - Job is closed via the Job Close function button

Cancelled          - Job is cancelled

                    - Job created was a mistake

                    - Job was notStarted and needs to be taken off the list

Job BOM          - Job was used to produce Bill of Material end result items

                    - Job acts as a big recipe

In Processing          - Error occurred while completing the job

                    - Close the job to change cycle from In Processing to completed, closed or cancelled

                    - One should not have any In Processing jobs

  It is best to have successful jobs as a completed status.

When running reports one can look at Started and completed jobs for reporting.

 Started jobs are active jobs
