A document typically used for communication within a company.

Document Type: Here you can search all memos relating to a specific document type. The document types are as follows:

•Quote

•Invoice

•Sales Leads

•Support Log

•Support Request

•Purchase order

•Sales Order

•Book In

•Job

•Job Costing Delivery Note

•Asset Tracker

•Reminder

•Time Log

•Debtor

•Creditor

•Stock Item

•General

Document Number: Search for all memos related to a specific document number

Date From/Date To: Limit the data returned by using a date range

Debtor: Search for all memos relating to a specific Debtor

Creditor: Search for all memos relating to a specific Creditor

Stock Item: Search for memos on an inventory item

Employee: Search for all memos made by a specific employee/ All employees

Module: Search for all memos in a specific Module. The modules are as follows:

•Debtors

•Creditors

•Job Costing

•Asset Tracker

•Inventory

Order By: Select the order in which the data should be displayed.

Button Add: This will allow the user to add a general reminder

Button View: View the selected record from the grid

Import: Import memos using a CSV file
