Barcode Count App Export file

The Barcode Count app allows data to be exported and emailed to a desktop computer for import into the stock control system. When exporting, users can select from accountingseveral system.

Open up file in Excel and prepare the import file

Below is the basic layout for the import file

The help menu shows the required fields

Save the Excel file as a CSV file

Close the Excel filedirectly without savingrequiring theany CSVmanual format as it has already saved.

Go to file explorer to open the CSV file in Notepad

Right click on file and go to Open with - Notepad

The reason we do this is to check the separator

This file is comma separator which is correct for the default import

Email the fileadjustments to the scannerdata.

Save the file

Navigate to the device

app settings by hitting the burger menu.

Go to Products and click on File Import

Find the file that was saved to the device

Click on OK"Settings"

to

 import the data

Scroll down to the Export Template section and select the required export from the dropdown menu.
