- supportemail - optional, may be used by GoSweetSpot to email developer 
- side_id - optional, used if the GoSweetSpot Site field in the branch company setup in SCM is not set
- excludeContactInfo - optional, if set to 1 or "yes" then contact information is not included when creating a shipment
