Group Codes Setup

Codes that allows the users to distinguish inventory items and to dictate into which GL accounts the items should post.

Basic Search Tab

Group Code – search by entering the code

Active – search for active group codes by ticking the box

Add button – to create a new group code

Edit button – to view or make changes on the existing group code

Delete button – to delete the selected group code

Print Grid button – group codes could be printed out, emailed or exported to excel.
