 Search - Search the available list of created items

Click Add to add a new support log ticket function

Click edit to amend the support log ticket item

Cancel - to cancel the item

Import Support Log Status Changes

This import facility allows the user to change the Status of a Support Log by means of importing

status changes via a CSV file.

The import file must be in a CSV format and must contain fields as illustrated below;

Please Note : The column heading can be left in the CSV file when performing the import.

NB : The full description of the Status to be changed to must be entered in the Status column.

Completed and Cancelled Logs cannot be changed to any active Status value.

Reference refers the Reference field which can also be updated via the import facility. If the

Reference is left empty it will not change the existing Reference values to empty.
