 This is used to make notes of different types of customer interactions for example, business meetings, and telephone calls, support calls, etc.

The change in position of the interaction type from System Configuration to Webatar module

 Webatar > Configurations > Interaction Types

Name	EnterSearch Interactionby interaction name
Description	EnterSearch Interactionby interaction description

Search Button: allows the user to search by name, description for a quick search, or just searching for everything with the fields empty by clicking on search button

Add button: add a new POS till configuration

Edit button: edit or view a POS till configuration

Delete button: delete a POS till configuration

Print Grid button: allows the user to print what is display grid
