Code: Check Sheet Group Code

Description: Description of the Check Sheet Code

Active: Tick the tick box to flag Check Sheet Code as Active if tick box is un-ticked the Check Sheet Group code is inactive

Save and New: This will save the contents of the window and clear the window for new input

Save and Close: This will save the contents of the window and close the window

Save: This will save the contents of the window

Close: This will close the window and any changes made will not be saved
