# PDF Statement Fix

<span class="ts0">Updated 2014 issue</span>

<span class="ts0">There has been changes to statement layouts for PDF. To fix this follow the instructions below.</span>

<span class="ts0">Log into the system and go to**<span style="color: rgb(45, 194, 107);"> System Config Module&gt;Administration&gt;Company Profiles </span>**, amend the Head office company.</span>

<span class="ts0">Click on the More Options button, select the Statement.xsl in the drop down for Statement template.</span>

<span class="ts0">Click on Save and Close, Save on the next window. Log out of the system and back in for the changes to take effect.</span>
