# Job Total Analysis

<span class="ts0">Basic Search Tab</span>

<span class="ts0">Job Number – search by entering the job number</span>

<span class="ts0">Quote Number – search by entering the quote number</span>

<span class="ts0">Job Status –search by selecting the status of the job from the drop down arrow</span>

<span class="ts0">Date – search by selecting the date</span>

<span class="ts0">Short Description – search by entering the short description</span>

<span class="ts0">Customer – search by entering the customer</span>

<span class="ts0">Order By – select the order from the drop down arrow</span>

<span class="ts0">Custom Search Tab</span>

<span class="ts0">Search by selecting the category from the drop down arrow</span>

<span class="ts0">Standard Tab</span>

<span class="ts0">Open – Opens the currently selected Job Total Analysis Item to view the information within.</span>

<span class="ts0">This is the invoiced total made on the job. It shows the budgeted totals, usage totals, invoices totals, processed Inv totals and Expenses ta details.</span>

<span class="ts0">Print button – to print selected job total analysis on screen</span>

<span class="ts0">Details button - Gives the details for the currently selected Job Total.</span>
