# Inventory Valuation File Download Menu

<span class="ts0">This menu item keeps a list of scheduled stock valuation reports that can be downloaded from the system</span>

<span class="ts0">For stock valuations to appear here, a schedule needs to be activated first under systems configuration module</span>

<span class="ts0">This report is essential because it eliminates users from having to first download an old backup if they wish to see a back-dated stock/ inventory valuation report</span>

<span class="ts0">Either in a CSV or PDF format or Both</span>
