System Configuration> General> Pricing Levels

This is where multiple types of pricing levels for customers are created.

 

 All that is required is to set up the code and description of the new pricing structure.

 

 This form is used to create pricing levels.

Code Enter a code for the pricing structure
Description Enter a pricing structure description

 

 Standard Tab

Branch button shows the branch for the currently selected Pricing Level.

This can be viewed when setting up debtors and inventory items.

 

 Under inventory setup, the pricing structures are then setup per item giving unlimited pricing matrix

 

Pricing level update for currency bulk

Added in the new pricing level for a currency.

Currently it is on a one at a time basis.

This is a problem, need to do it in bulk

The pricing level update will be based on the search criteria.

 Rules:

1. First rule here is to add in a pricing level against the item 2. Selling price work out 3. Force override means that if the item already has a multicurrency pricing level
a. If the pricing level for that price structure does not exist, add it a. Because this is a multicurrency, we need to first work out the cost price of the item and convert it to currency a. With tick override sell price
b. Then add in the pricing level currency b. Then divide by the exchange rate and then multiple up by the percentage to get the sell value b. Without tick do nothing with item
