Sub Job Link

This section allows you to create a  sub-job linked to a main job. 

 The sub-job retains the original job number, with an extension added (e.g. .1 ) to indicate that it forms part of the main job. This helps group related work under a single job structure while still tracking each component separately. 

   

   Follow the steps to create a  Sub Job linked to the main job. 

 When created, the system will automatically assign a sub-job number based on the main job—for example: 

 

 

 Main Job: Job15 

 Sub Job: Job15.1 

 

 

 This numbering structure clearly indicates that the sub-job forms part of the main job while allowing it to be managed and tracked independently.
