# Debtors Allocation Decimal Journals

<span class="ts15">Used to correct decimal places after two decimals. (no longer used since 2018)</span>

<p class="callout info"><span class="ts15">Note: System caters to handle multiple decimal places automatically since 2018, there should be no need to use this function</span></p>

<span class="ts0">A Journal report will be generated and showing the journal number and the amount allocated per debtor</span>

<span class="ts7">On Basic Tab the status allows a user to search with the selection made from the drop down arrow.</span>
