# GoDex Printer Setup Steps for setting up Godex printer 1. **Don't plug USB cable into printer** until you have downloaded the driver 2. Install the Ribbon and Label 3. Calibrate Printer with new labels 4. Driver software for Godex Printer download 5. Install the driver software 1. At some point you will be asked to plug the USB cable into the computer 6. Download Golabel software 7. Install GoLabel software 8. Log into Golabel 9. Setup label size 10. Setup label settings 1. Type TT (Thermal Transfer) - with ribbon 2. Type DT (Direct Thermal) - No ribbon 3. Darkness 4.
